Energy Centers Assessment: gives a current reading of your energy in 9 key areas of your Self and shows which areas would benefit the most from more attention and nurturing at this current time, so we can support these areas more fully. The initial private session always requires an Energy Centers Assessment first. This is the beginning of seeing how everything is interconnected, and learning how to make your own connections.
Three Charts:
Sacred Typology Chart: This is a sacred energy reading of your unique inner architecture of the 7 Layers of your true Self in order to bring your full potential into your everyday life. Humans are multidimensional beings, and this chart shares an expansive view of your multidimensional Self.
This is about the layers that expand your reach. Each layer is based on a sacred law of the universe, dimension, and vast amounts of ancient classical traditional medicine and wisdom. It shares your unique Essence energy signature when you are at Home, in alignment, and have integrated the seven layers of your real and true Essence (layers 1,2,3) Being (layers 4,5,6) and Personality (layer 7). (It also includes Natural & Typological Health Recommendations for each energy center.)

It shares how to do that in a gentle, easy, natural, do no harm way. It takes into consideration more than just nutrition – it feeds and rebalances you energetically, as well as nutritionally. Whenever you feel ‘off center’, knowing what resonates with the energy of your specific type and energy centers helps you know how to rebalance and come back home more quickly.

How Ascension Works: is a multidimensional perspective that expands and deepens your awareness of the current ascension process that all of humanity and the earth are currently experiencing; the differences between 3D-4D-5D levels of reality and existence; and how to transmute the 3D shadows to unify and connect with the 4D-5D frequencies that are lighter, more expansive and heart-centered. This helps you simultaneously release denser frequencies, as you embrace and ascend into higher frequencies, allowing you to create and live in Heaven while your body is still here on Earth.
It shares How to transform ego and elevate your consciousness by integrating your shadow self so you are able to embrace both the light and dark together and not as an either/or process. The tools in this program help you come into alignment with your more magical soul self while being in your body on Earth, so you can feel like you have brought this experience of heaven to earth.
How Ascension Works gave me the tools to shift from being immersed in my own and others’ fear to knowing how to read energies, understand how my energies dance through life, recognize when and where I had given my power away, and then move into a space where I was able to take my power back and optimize my energy in relationship to the energies all around me. This required healing wounds, traumas, pain and fear that played a part in holding me back. It was very deep work, intensely fascinating and pushed me to really look at myself at deeper levels. Although at times painful to look at certain things, it felt true, made complete sense and resonated deeply. On the other side of healing was so much freedom to grow into the best version of myself. I felt myself rise into the frequency of love, an energy ever so much brighter, lighter and so much more powerful, where the fear started falling away and the potential in life opened up. Now there is an ease in life that was created by knowing how to release the dense energies that wanted to hold me back, hold me down and anchor me in fear and density. The Energy Centers Assessment gives a current reading of your energy in 9 key areas and levels of your Self and shows which areas would benefit the most right now from more attention and nurturing so we can support those areas more fully. This is also the beginning of learning what rebalances each area. Besides you receiving a self-assessment, this also serves as my initial intake sheet that allows both of us to assess together what areas to focus on first.
The Sacred Typology Chart gives us a reading of your unique Essence energy signature when you are at Home, in alignment, and have integrated the seven layers of your real and true Essence (layers 1, 2, 3) Being (layers 4, 5, 6) and Personality (layer 7).

This questionnaire is sent via email for you to click reply, type your answers, and then email back to me at least a week before the first private session. You can use as much space as you wish for each answer. The more information you share, the more connections I can make and share back with you, especially about any health issues. Once I receive your answers, I create a personalized written report responding to all 9 areas [please allow a week]. This often takes me 2-4 hours depending on how much you share with me. You will receive a PDF file with this report for you to open and view online or print.)
